13th Month Waitaversary

Wow.  Today marks 13 months.  Does it seem impossible, or does it seem like we've been at this forever?  Both.  Time is a funny, funny thing.  How does it feel both like we just started and like we've been at it forever?  Not sure, but that's how it feels.  I'm not sure what else I can say about it at this point.  We're doing the best we can... but we're tired of it and so ready for it to end.  We seek support and encouragement from our fellow adoptive families, our family, our friends... and everyone has been amazing!  Some people completely get it because their either living it themselves or they've lived it at some point, and others just try to understand as best they can.  Regardless of the role, every single person shows us in some way that they're on our side, that they're routing for us, that they care.  I feel other's excitement for us.  We really, truly appreciate that beyond words.  I'm sure that 2012 is going to be our year, and I really can't wait to share something besides "another month has passed" with you.  Thanks for being here.  We feel your love!
